🛒 Ingredients (for 2 people):

250-300 g beef tenderloin (sliced)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon honey or brown sugar
1 cm fresh ginger, grated
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
2-3 fresh onions, chopped
Salt and black pepper

👩‍🍳 Preparation:

Place the beef tenderloin strips in a bowl and marinate them with soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and ginger. Let sit for 5-10 minutes. Heat a skillet over high heat and quickly sear the tenderloin strips (2-3 minutes). Add the peppers and fresh onions and sauté for another 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.
Service:
Arrange the tenderloin and vegetables diagonally on an elegant plate. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for visual appeal. Add a decorative touch with small sprigs of greenery.
